                   A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS 
                   PERMIT FOR A PRELIMINARY RESIDENTIAL PLANNED 
                   UNIT DEVELOPMENT IN THE 4100 BLOCK OF WEBB 
                   ROAD, BEING OFF THE SOUTHEAST LINE OF WEBB 
                   ROAD SOUTHWEST OF ARBOR LANE, MORE 
                   PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN AND AS SHOWN 
                   ON MAP ATTACHED HERETO, AND MADE A PART 
                   HEREOF BY REFERENCE, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN 
                   CONDITIONS.
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby granted a 
       Special Exceptions Permit for a Preliminary Residential Planned 
       Unit Development in the 4100 block of Webb Road, being off the 
       southeast line of Webb Road southwest of Arbor Lane, more 
       particularly described as follows:
                 
                 Part of two unplatted tracts, being the property 
                 described in deed book 3825, page 108, ROHC, and 
                 part of the property described in deed book 4034, 
                 page 416, ROHC.  To find the true point of 
                 beginning of said tract, start on the southeast 
                 line of Webb Road 58.2 feet southwest of the 
                 intersection of the southeast line of Webb Road 
                 with the northwest line of Arbor Lane, thence 
                 southwest some 165 feet to the true point of 
                 beginning, thence continuing southwest some 344.18 
                 feet, thence northwest 77.39 feet, thence southwest 
                 37.63 feet, thence northwest 52.03 feet, thence 
                 southwest 37.67 feet, thence northwest 64.51 feet, 
                 thence northwest 69.78 feet, thence northeast 95 
                 feet, thence northwest 155.87 feet, thence 
                 northeast some 65.47 feet, thence northeast some 
                 457 feet to the true point of beginning.  Tax Map 
                 No. 120O-H-25.3 (part) and 25.5.
                 
       
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That said Special Exceptions 
       Permit is subject to the conditions recommended by the Planning 
       Commission attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
